JAIME PARDO

President

I’ve been a full-time firefighter paramedic since 2002 and currently serve at the rank of Captain. I’m part of my department’s Special Operations Team and have worked as a SWAT medic since 2012. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching through respected institutions including the University of Miami’s Gordon Center, Broward College, Coral Springs Fire Academy, and within my own department. I’m certified to instruct Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and I’ve completed specialized training in Basic and Advanced SWAT Operations, Tactical Casualty Care, and High Threat Response. I was honored as the Elizabeth Jordan Educator of the Year in 2025. Through my nonprofit work, I now focus on equipping communities with emotionally safe, spiritually grounded emergency training. My goal is to bridge tactical readiness with compassionate instruction—empowering individuals to respond with skill and resilience when it matters most. This mission reflects my deepest calling: to TRAIN with purpose, PROTECT our places of worship, community and UPLIFT every life I encounter.
